Both ongoing and completed work are accepted. We welcome diverse topics ranging from documentary to fine art and multimedia production
Up to five curated presenters (from students to professionals) have 15 minutes each to show their project of 20 images on a single narrative topic or visual theme (note this is NOT a portfolio review!) while the audience poses questions and provides project feedback.
We are glad to do Open Show Switzerland #7 at Espace_L
Espace L starts up in 2011, designed to be a local point of reference for contemporary art.
Its objective is to foster interaction between a number of different fields, presenting internationally renowned artists along with photographic workshops, a reading environment for the arts and a good cup of coffee.
Visitors to the space will have an opportunity to experiment and experience what is original and unusual in the city, in a unique style that also reflects the peculiarity of its location in the meatpacking district of Geneva.
Starter food and drink is provided, but Open Show is potluck style (diner canadien).
Please bring your favorite finger food, beverage or donation (10 F suggestion).
